Carne Mare

The day we decided to try Carne Mare, we had a unique experience. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by an atmosphere that blends Italian elegance with the charm of classic New York style. Located in the heart of the Seaport District, the restaurant spans two floors and offers plenty of seating; finding a table without a reservation is not difficult. The ground floor was charming, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Upon arriving at our table, we were served the best pan brioche we had ever tasted, we would come here just for the bread. The menu featured a wide selection of top-notch dishes, available both à la carte and as fixed options for brunch and lunch. After dinner, the walk along the pier, with breathtaking views of the Brooklyn Bridge, was the icing on the cake. Overall, I would give Carne Mare six out of five stars. It is the perfect place for a delicious dinner or a special occasion, where Italian fine dining meets the vibrant spirit of New York in a blend of taste and sophistication.
